Bar None
Just to continue with the Bar None post.. for a brief period of time, I frequent Bar None quite often. Thats because a close friend of mine came back for her holiday and bought a membership there. This entitles you to two bottles of premium alcohol. And so she drags me down all the time to help her finish them.
After the 3rd visit, I start to notice the regular too. There was this guy who dance cha-cha to every piece of music. Be it Kylie’s “Can’t get you out of my mind” to Coldplay’s “Yellow”. Yes, he dance to all of the songs in his cha-cha style. We dubbed him the “Crazy man”.
Then there was another woman who always dance to any music the band plays or the piped music. She would just dance and I think she has a crush on Douglas Oliverio. When she dance, there would be empty spaces around her, I think no one wants to get close. Did I mention that she drinks a lot too?
We dubbed her the “Crazy woman”. I stopped seeing her coming to the club after Douglas mentioned to the audience that she dance to any music. I think she got shy or something?
There was another guy last friday who was trying to get fresh with another girl. The girl seems friendly enough, but for the 5 mins I see him dancing next to her group of friends, she was pushing him away with every advance.
Ahh.. the things you see when you are sober at a club.. sigh..
I dance at Bar None too. Mmm. Cha cha is fun what. Not many guys can do it well! Hehe.
Nothing wrong with cha cha. just that there are some songs suitable and some that are not suitable for it. You should see the guy!
