Night out

Whenever this particular friend of mine is in town, I am sure to be dragged around town with her for a drink or so. This night is no difference.

Went down to Ice Cold Beer at Emerald Hill to meet her for a drink. Turns out that she asked one of her old friends along too. Anyway, we had my current fav beer, Leffe. I think its a german beer or something. Anyway, the taste is smooth, much better than any beer I came across. They also have this Hoegaarden that comes in a big 500ml glass. I had that too. After 4 beers and a big Hoegaarden, I was a big high and then we walked down to OG there. There was a MOS burger that opens till 2am and we popped in for a bite.

After a brief snack, off we went to Bar None. I think I had the most fun time there as there were more people to stare and bitch about. Heh heh.. We had a seat near the bar and across from us, there was this group of girls. Some of them are quite nice looking. However, my friends were telling me how badly one of the girls was dancing. If you have seen Seinfeld, you would know how Elaine dance. Yes, thats how she danced and I was amazed that I can actually witness such dance skills.

At around 3am, 3 guys zoomed in with 3 girls, whom we assumed were escorts. One of the girls was wearing this low hip jeans which shows her black panties. I thought this was out of fashion? Any girls know about this?

Anyway, my friends were bitching to me how the girl in question was trying to lure one of the guys. And then the guys start to dance a close body dance together.. One was a balding man in his 40s and the other was a look-like-gay guy in his 40s too.

When they played the last song, me and my friend said goodbye to her friend and we went to the McDonald’s at Lido for a drink. We took a seat facing China Black at Pacific Plaza checking out the crowds when a fight broke out. This guy went after another guy and was throwing punches. The other guy didn’t fight back although they were about the same size. The thing is that there were police standing around and hence the fight stopped very fast. Within 5 mins, 2 other police cars and a police van. More than 10 police were at the scene, not counting the plain clothes police. I didn’t know they actually sent out senior police inspectors to break up a fight. I was telling my friend that maybe they all went out for a late supper when the call came in.

Anyway, they arrested the guy who threw the punches and he was walking with an aloof air towards the police car after being frisked and handcuffed. An ambulence came to check out the guy who was at the receiving end of the punches. Well, that was an interesting night I guess.
