Friday Night
So after work, SD and me went over to Evil Overlord’s house to pick him up for dinner. I am also borrrowing his camera for a friend’s ROM (Registry of Marriage) on Monday. To those who doesn’t know, the term “ROM” in Singapore means you are officially married in the government’s eye and you are eligible to apply for a flat and other state benefits.
While waiting for Evil Overlord’s presence, SD and me went for some fries at the nearby coffeeshop. I saw this caucasian guy ordering some chicken wings and fries. When the food came, he took out 3 bottles of condiments: mustard, mayo (or tartar sauce, can’t see) and
ketchup. Well, thats the first time I’ve seen anyone carrying their own seasonings in a bottle around. The lady at the coffeeshop was staring at him while he was pouring out the stuff..
Anyway, when Evil Overlord was ready, we went over to Caleb’s house to pick him up. Ended up at this place called Bedok Food Center which look very very like certain part of Malaysia. It doesn’t look like Singapore at all!
We had the mutton and chicken mutabak. Its made from flour, stuffed with muttons/chicken pieces and pan fried. Heres a pic.. it goes well with curry gravy. We also ordered the drink called Milo Dinosaur. Its basically milo (a chocolate drink) topped with more milo powder and some whipped cream..

I don’t think so.

I’ve seen the dino drink a zillion times but never dared try cos it looks so sweet.
