Charlie’s Corner

Last night, SD, Caleb and me went down to Charlie’s Corner located at Changi Village Hawker center to have a go at the food. As usual, Caleb did his “email-my-friends-expecting-them-to-sit-in-front-of-the-computer-waiting” trick. Luckily for him, we were actually sitting in front of the computer when his email came in.. heh heh..

   I have to say the seafood combo platter was quite disappointing..the prawns,scallops and fish were all mushy (read: not very fresh). The only reason I didn’t complain was cos I was hungry….

   Hawker center mah. Cheap and not so good.

   Must be regular cook’s night off. The burger is usually very good. And the fish and chips is not bad either.

   FF: Its just next to the hawker center, but they dun charge hawker center food..

   LMD: hmm, I read somewhere that the regular cook goes to fish on the weekend, could be that..
