A Glorious Day of Embrace

21 Oct 2004 - Under General By Mandrake

Saw this MTV of Embrace called Gravity and it sounds good so I went to get it. Gravity itself is good, quite catchy after listening to a few times of it. Its like something that won’t go away..
The entire album is listenable, not like some albums that only has a few songs worth listening.. Two of the better ones are “A Glorious Day” and “Out of Nothing”..

Who could send something so pure to lure me away
I fought the last of my breath
But you came along on a glorious day
By the time that you left I was crawling again
Yeah you came along on a glorious day
Now I want you to save me again

Ooh oooh ohhh etc

The fire that they said would burn just lights up the way
I lie in the place where I fell
And three is always nine day one
That wont go away
Till you bring an end to my hell

But you came along on a glorious day
By the time that you left I was crawling again
Yeh you came along on a glorious day
Now I want you to save me again

Let them all keep their plans
Cos all I want is in my hands
And I cant look down
Back then I had it all, now I want it back that’s all
And I cant get out

Ooh oooh ohhh etc

You came along, on a glorious day
By the time that you left
I was crawling again
Yeh you came along on a glorious day
Now I want you to save me again
Now I want you to save me again
Now I want you to save me again

    Whats jiwang mood?
they are good, but I still prefer Cold Play.. Embrace sounds a bit like Cold Play, those british bands type.
Somehow I find Embrace’s music very easy to play type.. the rift are simple..

Likki, yeah, I tried Honey and the moon.. sounds okay, very easy going kind of sad song.. From the soundtrack of The O.C. huh? This song’s melody is catchy coz it keeps repeating itself.. easy to play too I think.
