Person in front, please die.
I think this is what was going thru the girl queueing up behind me as I started to order my lunch.
The office decided to go to Subway for sandwiches during lunch today. As I have a discount for 15%, I took their orders. It came out to be the following:-
4 Teriyaki sandwiches
2 Foot long steak and cheest
2 Meatballs
1 Seafood and Crab
1 Classic Tuna
1 BBQ rib
1 Soup
5 drinks
And since I was the only one queueing, I guess the girl behind must be thinking it would be fast to serve me, until I start rattling out the orders. I think if I was in her shoes, I would feel the same thing too, and curse them!
Actually, I think the worst one are those who just jump into a long queue with their friends. I think one or two is alright, but with a group of them, that sucks.

u the devil
i was scolding the auntie who cut queue in post office …
and my fren scold the post office girl who let the auntie cut queue
they must be thinking you’re a terrible eater.
being e gentleman you should have asked her if she has just one sandwich because you are in a group and let her sandwich be processed before yours …
Aneki: Yes, in normal circumstances, I think I would. but in this case, there are other people behind her and if I start doing this, what would the other think? But on the other hand, if she was a babe who didn’t show me her “face”, I would had given her the spot. All you need is a smile..
Yah I hate people like that… buying large orders i mean : P
Mandrake - well I am not sure about the habits in Singapore, but back home it’s perfectly politically correct to let one person in front of you, and ignore the rest who might think “what about me?”.
It’s like charity: you can give to one person, btu can’t help all the rest of the world !
ahh.. point noted.. heh..
