Cardio Striptease
Its been a while since I’ve been to the local gym but the last time I was there for my kickboxing cardio, I am sure the gym doesn’t have cardio striptease.
Basically, they are re-packaging the cardio workouts into a more sensual way. So in the end, you get both a good workout and lessons on how to strip tease. This is one cardio workout I don’t mind going to. But then I am sure they will keep the sexes apart. I mean how are the men supposed to concentrate when its going on?
I wonder if any gym who starts it here will draw in the crowd?

I saw that long time ago…I think it’s a silly fad and not at all many gyms are offering it. In the feature that I saw, it had a lot of sweaty huge houswifes…it was more yucky than sexy
