Name of the dish
Anyone seen the National Geographic channel last night at about 11pm? The program is called Taboo and last night, it shows those things that is taboo to eat.
One of the dishs is cooked lamb foetus. Its an indian dish and apparently its popular with the more elder indians. The younger generations don’t really dig it. One of the persons who ate it said it taste good (I think coz of the spice), and is quite tender.
When the butcher brought the material in a plastic bag to the house, I was wondering what it is (I changed channel to it halfway).
The woman making the dish was saying that the best time to get the material was during its mid term, everything including the bone is still tender and there isn’t much hair. I was scratching my head. Till I heard that its lamb foetus.
So, anyone has the name? It starts with “c”, and ends with “ti”.

eh..corti..?

2) remove the womb
3) put the content in a rubber bag
3) boil it?
