Thinks who is this? looks at the phone number, don’t recognize

Girl: Thats good, when are you working till?

Still thinking hard, but the girl has a nice voice.. delay a bit, see what she says
Around 6 plus, whats up?
Girl: Wanna meet up for a drink?
Me:
Okay, if I can’t put a name to the voice, then I gonna to ask whether she called the wrong number
Sure, what time and where?
Girl: How about Bar, around 6.35pm?
Me:
Hurray, I know who this is, its her!
Cool, see you then.
Heh, the reason why I can’t recognize her voice was because lately, when she called, she was crying.. Now that she didn’t cry, I can barely recognize her voice.
*5 mins and a SMS later*
“Sorry I can’t make it, stupid manager called for a meeting at 7pm”.

i always experience the same with some of my customer and supplier. i’ll be figuring out who is this fellow. they just assume i know their voice. *sigh*
I hate it when people do that and always ask brusquely “Who is this?!”
