MRT Trouble
I was on my way to town yesterday around 6.30pm during the peak hours when the MRT almost broke down.
Firstly, I had to wait about 10mins at Raffles Place to catch the next train up north. At the same time, the train on the other side keep unloading people so it piled up a bit. When the train finally came, everyone tried to pack in. There was this man who keep pushing himself in between me and another guy who was holding a luggage. I was trying hard not to let him push himself in but the other man gave way. The guy who pushed in just act blur, without any apologies.
As we proceed to the next two stations, the train stopped in the tunnel for a bit. Luckily, I was just one station away. On my way out, there was a small one-person corridor which the awaiting passengers had created for the alighting people.
Something caught my eyes. The doors to the tunnel were all opened. Even when there was a train departing and arriving at the station. Hmm, sensor problem again.

see how kiasu people refuse to stay away from the door lest they give away vantage point of boarding the train….tsk tsk tsk. Haaaa
Maybe they’re just trying to find an excuse to increase fares again…
“Doors are getting too old… Cannot close already… Not enough $$$ to maintain them, need to increase fares to help us get the necessary money to continue maintenance…”
wah… good opportunity to attempt suicide…
9, help me with something can?
next time you comment, put yourself as “ah 9″ or something. right now, your “9″ goes into my spam comments. I want to try out.
