Cramps
I hate cramps, who doesn’t?
When I was training in swimming in my younger and trimmer days, I had cramps once in a while. Usual way is not to panic and then just try to use the arms to swim over to the side and stretch. Get hold of the lifeguard’s or the instructor’s attention if possible.
The worst cramps are those that happened at night, or right after you wake up. I got one this morning. Woke up and stretched in bed and them the cramps hit. Had to control the leg to slowly stretch out and bend back.
I need 100Plus.



At least U no need to suffer from menstration cramps.
