Chengdu
Went to this resort city of the Qing Emperor a few years ago during winter/spring time. Was pretty cold and I love it.
This was modelled after the Tibetian Lak Sa Temple. Its supposed to be bigger than the original as the emperor wanted the monks to stay here. They did moved over but now its another national monument.

Haha, i went Cheng du before and i stayed at this haunted hotel called “Lu Lu Da Jiu Dian”.
wow…impressive. But I guess it’s kind of depressing to live there…? but monks mustn’t be all too happy, right..
