The Merlion - Probably one of the most famous tourist icon in Singapore. But what is not known or seen by many is that the Merlion faces east, and greets the sun each morning.
My friend Imran from fotobyimran has won the Top Entry for the Montage 2006 Open Category Awards. He took the above picture on an early morning.
The prize is quite amazing. A Canon 350D Digital SLR that is worth about S$1849. A backpack worth S$703 and a Wacom tablet worth S$399.
