Stove cooked goodness
I went to a friend’s house and his mum was cooking this classic chinese dish using a charcoal stove fire. Its not that they are poor or there is a lack of LPG gas for the stove. She said that cooking this way makes the food more tasty. I agree with her.
The ingredients in this dish includes the following
Cabbage
Vercimelli
Flower of the banana plant
Mushrooms
Black Fungus
Garlic
Shallot
This stove is powered by a trusty small fan.
