Chiang Mai Part 2
I am not doing the series of posts on Chiang Mai in its actual order as I don’t have the rest of the pics yet. Here is the one about the Thai Cookery School.
Its located outside of the main Chiang Mai city. When I arrived at the location, I thought it was a resort or something till I entered the place.
I was greeted with greeneries and the atmosphere is really like a resort.

Each of us (21 of us) had our own cooking area. In some of the cooking schools I’ve been to locally, most need you to share but this place can cater to two groups of people at any one time.
The lessons are conducted very professional with even an overhanging mirror to show you what the chef is cooking.
The chef will demo how you can cook a certain dish and then you would go out and cut and dice all the fresh ingredients laid out on your counter top. You can’t possible go wrong from there with at least 3 chefs walking around.
All in all, its quite a good deal.
