Redemption
Whoever said that redemption is easy ought to be dragged out and shot.
No, I am not talking about soul redemption, but more like rewards redemption. My job from last till this week has been about rewards redemption. One of our clients had commissioned us to develop a system to help them with their customers rewards and redemption.
It seems easy at first. I mean what could go wrong. Well, we been trying to figure out the formula for redemptions calcutions that spreads across different locations, with different items and different promotions.
Working out the formulas made me missed my C maths in A-level. Glad to say, that thing is solved today, after a whole day of discussions and doing proofs and test cases.
I felt as if I was doing my economy thesis.
