End of Year Claim
Damn, need to visit the dentist before the year is up. Else the claim for dental and other medical stuff would be forfeited.
My company gives out $1000 for each employee to spend on their own medical claim. It can be used totally for dental as well. So most of my colleagues generally visit the dentist before the year is up.

I only get $700 though.
