Nasi Penyet
Yesterday godma sms-ed me and asked “Eh, I am at this famous Nasi Penyet stall in Lucky Plaza, you want?”
Now, I haven’t heard of a famous Nasi Penyet stall in Lucky Plaza but since someone is helping me to buy, might as well.
1 hour later, she came back with this.

On the left is those preserved soy beans, then a quarter of the chicken piece, a piece of fried bean curd and on the extreme right, its a small bottle of chilli.

Close up of the rice and chicken.
At first look, it looks quite normal. I opened the chilli and immediately a wiff of super potent chilli smell assaulted my nose. I dipped the edge of the fork in and lo and behold, it burns, it burns!!! Just a small dip and it burns! Its super potent.
The chicken itself was the surprising part. Usually when you fried a piece of chicken, especially the breast meat, it will turn dry and not that nice to eat. This was a surprise when I tore open the breast meat, its still juicy and I can actually taste the spices that they used.
Overall, the chicken itself was really nice and tasty, and the chilli does helped enhanced the taste quite a bit. However, its not for those who can’t take spicy food, coz its really hot.
I only had abit of the chilli and saved the rest for Ma Belle which she finished half of it with some instant noodles.
