Nuffnang Cheque
I wanted to cash in my Nuffnang cheque yesterday but I don’t think it will be cashed.
No, not because they had ran out of money (hope not!) but coz the cheque was not signed. As far as I know, only signed cheque can be cashed in.
When I got back, I submitted a helpdesk ticket last night. However till now, more than 24hrs later, there wasn’t any non-machine reply from the Nuffnang team. Whats up with that?
In the age of the Internet, 24hrs is like a week. I mean, they could had take a look at the email and then let me know how they can resolve it.
Is it that they had too many helpdesk requests that their staff are busy?
Lets see how long before they got back to me.
Update: Ming has replied to my query at 1.30am last night. Thank you. It has been resolved.

Found your link from Technorati, next to my ping. We have Deepavali holiday over here and they did mention it on their blog. Then again, weird, I thought all our cheques are issued by HSBC, processed by machines, signed by HSBC? How can there be no signature?
Or wait, you are from Spore. Hmm…now that explains, maybe we are from different planets then. LOL.
Maybe they busy with other stuff.
It usually takes 3 days or so. So just wait. They issue cheques that are not signed? Weird. Anyways you just got to wait, if its urgent they would reply within like next 48 hours or so.
Maybe they’re short-handed since they’ve got so many businesses to handle. Although I remembered someone saying that they’ve got 2 full time staff handling all ticket requests.
24 hours… yea right… so i expect you to respond to the above comments within 24 hours too…
Lilian: Yup, its Nuffnang.sg so I guess its different.
DK, Swift and claud: Strange though. Maybe its just me.
sian0.5: Its not whether I can reply within 24hrs. This is a blog, I don’t have obligation to reply to anyone within 24hrs. But when it comes to business, especially Internet businesses, people expect a support reply asap, more so when it comes to money.
Bodoh punya malaysian! next time check NNSG or NNMY. Don’t anyhow want to sibuk-sibuk and defend. Bodoh!
This is really unacceptable.
