Recently I quitted my job of 8 years (around there plus minus lah, discounting the time I went to study and freelance for them). Well, its a good company to work in and I would recommend anyone to join it. The bosses are good, not like some bosses who abuse the workers and stuff like that. In fact, they are the best bosses I’ve encountered so far.
Why do I leave if they are so good? Well, I have to get out of the comfort zone and do something else more challenging, something like working for a new business and getting everything ready for it.
Because the company is not in Singapore yet, I don’t have an active office where I can go work in during the day. I would have to work from either home or anywhere else with Internet. I don’t see that a problem since I also subscribed to M1 Broadband. Although the speed is slow, at least I have Internet access. The problem of course is power. The laptop only last 2hrs on battery so I need to find power source for it.
And of course there is the temptation to hit the bed for a nap at home. 330 thread counts bed sheet is really really tempting.
