Cousin’s visit
My cousin was over in Singapore over the last week for a visit. My mom asked me to go out with her for a meal or something, just to see her. I think my mom wants this to happen coz she knows how much my auntie dots on me and so wants to return the favour when my cousin is here. My aunt would take time off just to take us out and stuff.
Unfortunately I was quite busy over the last week with work and moving. There wasn’t much time to meet up even, so one day before my cousin flew off, I met her with XT and my mom for dinner.
Out of mischief, I actually wanted to bring her to eat the Sarawak noodles. Heh heh… Yeah, just a thought since my cousin is from Sarawak as well. In the end, we went to Hong Kong Cafe at Anchorpoint.
On a side note, they sell Sarawak Laksa at this coffeeshop in Golden Shoes. Its quite authentic but of course the actual one from Sarawak is much better tasting.
