Templated Eggs

Besides fishballs, I also dislike eggs that were cooked in a template. You know those iron rings where they put it on a hot plate and then cracked an egg in it? The egg will turn out nice and round, too round perhaps.

I think it goes away from the nature of things. I like my eggs flowing freely around the pan, going into odd shapes and not a round egg with a round yolk on top.

Call me weird.
