Steam Chicken
Steam chicken is so easy to make. I’ve been making these for the past few days for XT as she is on the Atkins Diet.
Personally I used the chicken thigh as its tastier and easier to eat. Its not so meaty like the breast and has more meat than the drumstick.
Heres the steps I’ve followed so far.
1) Rub salt on the thigh. Keep in fridge for at least 30 mins.
2) Boil water in a steamer or a pot.
3) Rinse the salt off the chicken.
4) Crash a garlic and put it on top of the thigh.
5) Put the pieces into the steamer for around 20-30mins till the meat is cooked.
6) Thats it, enjoy.
